Boycott the Bishops, Part 3: Cardinal Dolan Is A Right-Winger

Dolan has figured out how to stake a claim as a magisterial strict constructionist without having that lifeless, schoolmarmish quality so many Catholic, by-the-book prelates (E.g. his fellow D’affaire Bransfield culprit, Bishop William Lori.) have. He masks his embracing of bigotry-promoting doctrine with Bells of Saint Mary Irish charm and Here Comes Everybody chuckles. Question: if he’s the beauty, who are the beasts? Answer: All of the organizations that came to his defense this last weekend — Breitbart, the Catholic League guy and the multiple multimillionaires who fund and patronize them.
